Data Driven Design

I am the former Creative Director at Data Driven Design, a fully remote boutique marketing agency specializing in custom websites and brand design. At DDD I consistently worked on a variety of projects across multiple industries. One of my favorite projects with DDD was crafting the brand identity, website design, and all visual brand collateral for the agency itself.

Although my title was Creative Director, I wore many hats at DDD and generally expected to be working in one of the following categories on any given day: Graphic Design, UX/UI, photography, illustration or animation.

Company Reel

While at DDD I created a company reel to showcase the agency’s expansive portfolio of projects. Everything in the video exhibits work that I either designed, animated, illustrated, or creative directed which includes the entirety of the video itself.

 
 

Agency Branding

My first task as creative director involved branding the agency itself. This was an enjoyable exercise in keeping the brand simple enough to scale across numerous industry verticals while giving it an ownable look and feel.

The brand mark is a callback to the original development-heavy approach of the agency which utilizes a double backslash “//” as reference to the common coding markup required to make an inline comment within a block of code.
